My professional journey across technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, and infrastructure-related environments has given me the opportunity to witness how industries evolve and how businesses grow when they are supported by strong strategy and capable leadership. Over the years, I have worked in roles that required me to lead commercial initiatives, manage product and service lifecycles, build strategic partnerships, and drive business development in complex and highly competitive sectors.

Through these experiences, I developed a strong appreciation for the role SMEs play in supporting large industries such as infrastructure, energy, and technology. Yet I also saw the barriers that prevent many promising businesses from reaching their full potential—barriers such as limited access to strategic planning, commercialization expertise, and skilled project resources.

This realization inspired the creation of Matikele Holdings. Matikele Holdings was established to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity. Our purpose is to provide SMEs with the tools, strategic support, and expertise they need to build sustainable businesses that can compete, grow, and contribute meaningfully to South Africa’s economic development.

As a business leader and lifelong learner, I believe that growth is a continuous journey.
